To remove the "Vampire" occult status from all sims in town, follow these steps : Install MasterController Cheats. Click on the City Hall rabbithole (you can do so from Map View by clicking on the map tag) Navigate the menu : "NRaas \ Master Controller \ Sim \ Intermediate \ Occult".
Master controller is a quality of life upgrade, it'll enable you to access stylist or CAS mode, sort inventories, flush objects, reset lots or sims or the whole town, etc. Basically the first two will fix things on the background and the third you can use yourself to fix things as needed.

I use the MasterController mod with the Cheats add-on from NRaas. Click any Sim (it works on all of them) -> NRaas -> Master Controller -> Advanced -> Edit in CAS. On the Basics tab in CAS, select the age state you want, wait for the Sim to update on the stand, and then click the checkmark to get back out again.

If so, try adding one NRaas mod, say the MasterController base mod, and see what happens. It should also be mentioned that if you try to play with the MC Progression add-on but you don't have both the MC and StoryProgression base mods, the game will crash on launch. The same is true if you have Cupcake but not the store bakery set.
