I have a 1998 2.5 tdi ducato with a faulty temp erature gauge and warning light. The sensor seams to be the fault as when either wire that goes to the sensor is shorted to earth then the gauge or the light operates. The sensors supplied by the fiat garage are not the same as is fitted and do not work when fitted.
